Tao’s Optimal Performance (TOP) Gym has expanded significantly with this new site in Damascus. In early 2024, the gym opened its first location in Montgomery County, near Poolesville. Tim and Katie Tao, the proprietors, said they were thrilled to introduce their distinctive training concept to a new neighborhood.
TAOS Gym was founded with the goal of giving people of all fitness levels a dedicated, easily accessible, and community-focused place. TOP Gym is renowned for its round-the-clock accessibility and a member-only strategy that prioritizes openness with no enrollment, cancellation, or hidden fees, as well as no term contracts, and a simple monthly cost.
The new gym in Damascus occupies the old dry cleaners adjacent to Weis, providing locals with a handy and central location. Like its cousin in Poolesville, TOP Gym has top-notch equipment to accommodate a variety of activities, including cardio equipment, functional trainers, free weights, and barbells.
