The public is being asked to help detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police’s 3rd District Investigative Section find Harry Winfred Sheppard, who is 89 years old.
Sheppard was last seen leaving his residence in the 9800 block of Cherry Tree Lane, Silver Spring, on Monday, June 30, 2025, at around 3 or 4 p.m. He was driving a bright blue 2003 Buick LeSabre MD/6CR5275 with peeling paint on his way to Foreman Mills in New Carrollton, Maryland. He weighs 90 pounds, has black or grey hair, and is 5 feet 5 inches tall.
