The public is being asked to help detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police’s 3rd District Investigative Section find an 83-year-old woman who has gone missing.
At at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025, Cartmell was last seen in Burtonsville, on the 3400 block of Greencastle Road. She weighs 100 pounds, is 5 feet tall, and was last seen wearing a sweater and a purple nightgown with several colors.
It is requested that anyone with information about Carol Cartmell’s whereabouts contact the Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency line at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
