On Wednesday, August 13th, the eagerly anticipated Play Street Museum in Gaithersburg will formally open. For kids ages 0 to 7, this new venue—the first in Montgomery County—will provide an exciting and different kind of indoor play. A native of Montgomery County is bringing the franchise to the region.
It occupies the location that Hallmark once held at 227 Kentlands Blvd. The interactive, instructive, and cooperative play spaces of Play Street Museum are well-known. Throughout the week, the Gaithersburg site will offer open play sessions that can be scheduled in advance to guarantee a hygienic and regulated setting. Birthday parties will be allowed to use the facility on the weekends.
The museum offers young children a much-needed opportunity to learn and explore, with an emphasis on imaginative play. Parents and guardians can anticipate a place where their kids can play creatively in a stimulating and safe environment.
