Ocean City Hosts Inaugural Rising Tides Festival With Vanilla Ice, Naughty By Nature, Color Me Badd, and More Slated to Perform

Ocean City, Maryland, is set to host its inaugural Rising Tides Festival on November 22, 2025, at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. Presented by Ocean City Tourism, this event is promising to blend soulful jams, timeless hits, and exciting activities, all infused with the spirit of the beach.


The festival’s lineup features a diverse array of musical acts, including Vanilla Ice, Treach of Naughty by Nature, Color Me Badd, O-Town, LFO, Young MC, Rob Base, Ryan Cabrera, and The Spinners, among others. This eclectic mix promises high-energy performances and nostalgic throwbacks from the 70s, 90s, and 2000s, catering to music lovers of all ages.

A highlight of the festival is the “70s Soulful Jam” segment, hosted by J.J. Walker. Attendees can immerse themselves in the smooth vocals, funky basslines, and electrifying melodies of The Spinners, The Legendary Blue Notes, and William Hart’s Defonics.
