A lease has been formally signed by the well-known No Regrets Pizza to expand its business at its current Harwood Flats site. The pizzeria, which debuted in May 2024, will occupy the empty space just behind their current location, opening the door for some exciting upgrades that will improve the patron experience.
With its distinctive menu that highlights two different pizza styles—authentic Roman and traditional New York—No Regrets Pizza has swiftly established itself as a local favorite. A 72-hour cold fermentation process gives the Roman-style pies their distinctive rectangular shape and light, crispy crust. It’s a fast-casual lunch place that turns into a full-service restaurant in the evening. The menu also includes delectable Italian street sandwiches and homemade pasta dishes, along with a variety of creative drinks and locally brewed beers.
The team will be able to greatly streamline its operations with this additional growth. To free up valuable space in the main kitchen, the prep and dishwashing stations will be moved to the new location. A brand-new pizza oven will be erected specifically for taking takeout orders, which will be a nice change for people who are constantly on the go. A new, handy takeaway entry that can be accessed from the building’s Huff Court side is another feature of the expansion.
