Montgomery County will host the 15th Annual Older Adults Safety Forum on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Holiday Park Senior Center in Silver Spring. The event, held both in person and via livestream, will feature presentations from the State’s Attorney’s Office, law enforcement, Adult Protective Services, and the Office of Consumer Protection.
The State’s Attorney’s Office will focus on raising awareness about the Gold Bar scam and sharing details from related criminal cases. Attendees will also benefit from safety information, original senior safety skits, interactive Q&A sessions, music, and yoga.
