The tale of Rose and Jessie is a real example of local love. Both have never left Montgomery County, where they were born. Growing up in multiple cities across the county, Jessie met Rose, her future wife, at Gaithersburg High School. Jessie was a freshman, and Rose, a sophomore, was raised in one of the old homes in Old Town Gaithersburg.
A seemingly simple game of pool after school marked the beginning of their love affair. Unexpectedly, Jessie, who had never played before, defeated Rose, who was regarded as a superb player. Except for Jessie, everyone knew Rose had allowed her to win. A lovely love tale began with this simple deed of compassion.
The couple has a son who is almost ten years old and has lived in Germantown for fifteen years. Rose works for the Montgomery County Recreation and Aquatic department, demonstrating their significant ties to the community. Rose has such a close bond with the culture that her mother is even Logic, a well-known rapper,’s godmother. The couple declares with pride, “We are ride or die MoCo.”
Jessie was unable to choose just one of their fondest memories when asked. Their first kiss, their two wedding days, their Hawaiian vacation, the moment they learned they were expecting a boy, and the birth of their son are among her favorite memories. She said that without her by my side, she couldn’t recall any of her best or worse memories.Rose and Jessie know exactly what they’ll do if they win the twenty thousand dollars. They would renovate and restore their lifelong house using the money. It’s where we have, do, and will create some of our most treasured experiences together, Jessie clarified.
