As our trip to Ocean City continues, we stopped by Seaside Deli to check out its viral subs that have been capturing attention recently. Social media buzz and word-of-mouth have led to long lines at the deli, located at 7027 Coastal Highway in Ocean City, MD (photos below).
Known as “The Deli Man” or Ace, the man behind the subs at Seaside Deli has gained popularity through his own and visitors’ social media posts featuring subs packed with generous amounts of meat. Over the past few weeks, hundreds of photos and videos have collectively gained over a million views, driving a significant influx of customers throughout the day.
Seaside Deli is open daily from 9 a.m. until 2 a.m., and “The Deli Man” is typically on hand crafting the subs that have made waves across the beach and beyond. The “Ocean City Foodies” Facebook group, with over 80,000 members, has mentioned the deli hundreds of times recently. While opinions may vary, the impressive size and volume of these subs is undeniable.
