Chief Antonio DeVaul from the Takoma Park Police Department announced the arrest of John Nigel De Bellotte, 29, of Hyattsville, Maryland, for indecent exposure.
According to Takoma Park Police, At approximately8:06 pmin the 1100 block of University Blvd., a complainant reported observing a male suspect in a vehicle with his shorts lowered, exposing himself and actively masturbating while making eye contact. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
De Bellotte was transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit and charged accordingly.
