Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the 14000 block of Fiske Drive in Silver Spring on Tuesday morning for a report of a vehicle that struck a building.
According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, crews found that the driver had hit both a building and another car but was uninjured and declined transport. The driver was released to Montgomery County Police.
