On Sunday, July 20, from 12–4 PM, Dolcezza Gelato will celebrate its 21st anniversary by giving away free small scoops of its signature Chocotorta flavor at all locations, including its Bethesda Row shop 7111 Bethesda Lane , as a thank-you to the community.
