“I am so grateful to have the confidence and support of these outstanding leaders from all over Montgomery County who put in a lot of effort every day to help our community,” Friedson said. The fundamental tenet of our campaign—that we can create a more affordable, successful, and inclusive future for all citizens—is reflected in these endorsements. People who are prepared for practical leadership that produces tangible outcomes are responding favorably to our message, and we are gaining momentum.

Friedson’s ability to forge agreements and bring diverse groups together around his campaign’s main goals—improving affordability, boosting economic opportunity, advancing public safety, and offering high-quality local programs and services—is demonstrated by the expanding list of endorsements.

Senators Craig Zucker, Sara Love, Nancy King, and Brian Feldman have already endorsed the campaign, along with business magnate and philanthropist David Blair and the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Local 1664, which is the first labor organization to endorse the cycle.
