Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jalia Barber, a missing 17-year-old from Rockville.
Barber was last seen on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in the Windsor Mill area of Baltimore County. She is 5-feet, 9-inches tall, 260 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing pink leggings and a tan shirt. She is is believed to be wearing a black wig with bangs.
