Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Sarah Kelkay, a missing 17-year-old.
Kelkay was last seen on Monday, July 7, 2025, at approximately 10 p.m., in the 2200 block of Blue Valley Drive in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 115 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
