On Friday afternoon, the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) was called to a single-vehicle incident near the intersection of Sandy Grove Road and Briardale Road in Derwood.The image was taken from Twitter/X by Jason Spriggs (@jasonspriggs).
MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer said a sand truck was sent in after a fuel spill triggered a hazardous materials response. At the moment, several lanes are restricted.
