Surveillance footage of a suspect wanted in connection with an August 2, 2025, stabbing near the intersection of Fern Street and University Boulevard West in Wheaton that left a man victim in critical but stable condition has been made public by the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
Officers from the 4th District arrived on the scene at around 3:20 a.m. in response to a stabbing incident, according to MCPD.
According to the inquiry, a fight broke out as a group of individuals were leaving a nearby restaurant, and the suspect stabbed a male victim during the altercation.
The victim’s condition was severe but stable when they were taken to a nearby hospital. A slim physique, short black hair, a goatee, an ear piercing, and noticeable tattoos on both arms are characteristics of the suspect, a Hispanic male who is about 28 years old.
He was last saw sporting a royal blue baseball cap with a N on the front, black shorts, white Jordan sneakers, and a white Nicaragua baseball jersey with the number 16 in blue on the back.
