The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gaithersburg, located at 9715 Washingtonian Blvd. in Gaithersburg, has been acquired by Kalyan Hospitality, a hotel ownership and management company with headquarters in Virginia. According to Maryland Newsletters, the sale brought in $6.5 million.
The recently purchased 162-room facility, according to Kalyan, is close to high-tech corridors, significant companies, and well-known locations including RIO Lakefront, Downtown Crown Shopping Center, and Washington, D.C. With roomy accommodations, free breakfast, a 24-hour fitness center, and a contemporary meeting area, this all-suite hotel provides visitors with the ideal balance of comfort and utility.
