The public is being asked to help detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police’s Special Victims Investigations Division find 16-year-old Isabelle Sophia Costa.
On Sunday, June 29, 2025, at around 10 a.m., Costa was last saw in the vicinity of the 700 block of College Parkway in Rockville. She weighs 117 pounds, has brown eyes and hair, and is 5 feet 2 inches tall. When last seen, she was dressed in green shorts and a white tank top.
It is requested that anyone with information about Isabelle Sophia Costa’s whereabouts contact the Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
