Jonathan’s Sports Pub at 820 Baltimore Road in Rockville recently changed ownership and has been operating as First Street Tavern. Now, the restaurant and bar will be hosting a Grand Opening celebration on Tuesday, July 15th,
New owner Amy Shin Huang, who also owns Fusion Bar & Grill in the Cloverly Village Center, has maintained the “dive-bar” atmosphere while updating the menu and decor. First Street Tavern recently held its first karaoke event, and has added menu items like funnel cake fries, Seoul BBQ sliders, fried Oreos, new wings, and more.
Doors open for the Grand Opening Celebration at 2pm with music by DJ Mike Davis, food, drinks, pool 🎱, and karaoke. The event is advertising “Happy Hour all day” and $3 Jell-O shots.
