A pedestrian collision on Veirs Mill Road in Wheaton on Sunday, July 6 is being looked into by the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
At 10:05 p.m., MCPD issued the following traffic advisory: After a person was struck, 4D officers arrived on the scene. Between University Boulevard West and Galt Avenue, Veirs Mill Road is closed. The car’s driver stayed at the scene. It is recommended that drivers look for a different route. Anticipate lengthy delays.
