We told you last month that Green Bamboo Asian Bistro, which was situated at 5751 Fishers Ln. in Rockville, MD, had closed. On Saturday, July 5th, a new eatery is scheduled to open in its stead.
On Saturday, Akagi Sushi & Hibachi will formally open, taking the place of Green Bamboo and its well-liked sushi weekend deal of 50% off. Green Bamboo thrilled customers with a range of Japanese, Chinese, and Thai delicacies and was praised for its laid-back, family-run ambiance.
Akagi has put up signs for its grand opening, but there aren’t many further specifics available save its sushi and hibachi menu. When new information is released, you can follow the restaurant on Facebook and Instagram.
