North Pointe at Flower Hill, a brand-new 16,000-square-foot shopping and dining complex located at 18251 Flower Hill Way in Gaithersburg, is making headway. North Pointe, which is situated behind Gentleman Jim’s, one of the sibling properties to this project and other Flower Hill developments, is expected to provide the neighborhood with a diverse range of dining and service alternatives.
Plaza Mexico, which has two sites in Frederick, will open a rooftop restaurant and bar as the flagship tenant, as we reported last year.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which serves fresh smoothies, flatbreads, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, and bowls, was another early announcement. This facility will increase the brand’s local presence even more, as it already has other locations throughout Montgomery County, including Aspen Hill, Bethesda, and Germantown.
Offering a variety of hot, iced, and frozen coffee beverages produced with the top 1% of Arabica beans, along with organic teas and morning pastries, PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans will open its second site in Montgomery County in North Pointe.
North Pointe will also see the opening of Inspire Nail Bar & Spa, a well-known chain with several locations around the DMV.
The basic building development is expected to be finished over the next 30 days, according to the developer. PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, Inspire Nail Bar & Spa, and Plaza Mexico are anticipated to launch after Tropical Smoothie Cafe. As soon as further tenants are formally announced, we’ll let you know.
