On Thursday evening, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to storm damage on Valley Wood Drive in Glenmont’s Greenwood Knolls community. A big tree had fallen on multiple homes, causing serious structural damage.No injuries were recorded, but fallen trees and debris damaged numerous homes in the region, forcing several families to relocate, said Pete Piringer, Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS.
