The Gap at Bethesda’s Westfield Montgomery Mall (7101 Democracy Blvd) has declared its permanent closure. A retail spokesman stated that the site is anticipated to close in July.
The national clothing shop Gap is well-known for its casual wear, which includes basics, denim, and accessories for kids, women, and men. Additional Montgomery County sites for the chain are still open in Bethesda Row, Rockville, Chevy Chase, and Clarksburg (outlet).
In related news, on Friday, June 27, Garage will launch its first location in Montgomery County at Westfield Montgomery Mall.
