is now open at 9734 Traville Gateway in Rockville. The facility is owned and operated by Jonny and Sarah Layne, Darnestown residents and parents of two, who say they’re passionate about promoting health and wellness in their community.
“We chose to open our business here in MoCo because this community is incredibly diverse, driven, and united by a common love for wellness and personal growth,” said Sarah Layne. “We wanted to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired.”
Jonny Layne, a Montgomery County native and U.S. Army Reserve veteran, brings over a decade of business experience and a deep personal commitment to fitness. “We’re building more than just a gym,” he said. “We’re building a team environment where everyone pushes one another to be better—not just in fitness, but in life.”
The Rockville studio offers 50-minute athletic-based training sessions led by certified coaches who provide individualized attention in a team setting. The program emphasizes motivation, accountability, and measurable results.
