Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Santos Rivera-Flores, a missing 56-year-old from Rockville.
Rivera-Flores was last seen on Friday, May 2, 2025, in the 4900 block of Stickley Road in Rockville. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall, 190 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a red shirt and black/red shorts.
