On June 26, a Germantown woman won the top prize of $50,000 in a scratch-off game. She intends to use some of the money to take her family to Six Flags. The full narrative, provided by MD Lottery, is below:

The Mosaic Moneyscratch-off game has been live for approximately three months, and on June 26, a Germantown woman went to the Maryland Lottery office in Baltimore to claim the fourth of eight $50,000 prizes.

The unique design of the $5 ticket, which features a color combination of turquoise, pale pink, and white, is reminiscent of old Mediterranean floor mosaics. The winner stated that she, her husband, and their two kids will use the prize money to help make an already scheduled trip to Six Flags amusement park possible. She recognized that having money on hand for their kids is a huge benefit, but she and her husband are still considering keeping the majority of the earnings.

On March 24, Mosaic Money went on sale. Five of the game’s initial ten $5,000 prizes, twenty-five of the thirty-four $1,000 prizes, and tens of thousands of prizes ranging from $5 to $500 are still unclaimed, in addition to the four $50,000 top prizes that are still unclaimed as of June 27.

The winning ticket was purchased by the Montgomery County mother at Town Center Sunoco, located at 19738 Germantown Road in Germantown. Selling the top-tier winning scratch-off ticket earns the store a $500 bonus.
